Bob
Jacques is a "real" world leader, and brings over twenty-five years of
corporate experience to his workshops and keynotes. As Director of
Training for JTD, Inc. Bob is
available to conduct a variety of entertaining and educational sessions
on Leadership, Sales, Best Negotiating Practices™, Business Planning,
Distribution Development, and Customer Service. His class ratings are
consistently high for large corporate, consulting, or institutional
clients, as well as small "cap" companies and organizations.
Bob's experience includes ten (10) years with General Motors Corp. at the manufacturer and distributor levels, thirteen (13) years with Honda Corporation, and six (6) years with the Carrier Division of United Technologies Corp.
During his career, Bob has held line and staff positions in sales,
marketing, training, service, and dealer/distributor development for a
variety of products. Bob has gained
international experience through the global reach of the corporations
he has worked for. This has provided an in depth knowledge of best
business practices in both domestic and foreign market conditions. In
addition to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, Bob has traveled extensively
throughout Europe, Asia, Central America and the South Pacific. In every job
function, Bob has been a practitioner of leadership and negotiation, in
both internal and external situations. Whether reaching agreement with
peers and subordinates, dealers or vendors, support departments or end
users, Bob continually "hones" his skills at building win-win
relationships and lasting trust through effective negotiation and
leadership practices. In addition to having
performed successfully in business, Bob focuses on sharing the results
of that performance through training. A high-energy facilitator, with
excellent platform skills, Bob works hard to reach his audience through
personal experiences, humor, and empathy for making a difference to the
bottom-line. Bob has conducted seminars to a variety of industries
including, automotive, equipment distribution, transportation,
pharmaceutical, airlines, insurance, consumer products, banking, HVAC,
finance, grocery, as well as Association conferences, trade shows, and
service and /professional organizations. Clients include Coca
Cola, Tyco International, Fannie Mae, Albertson’s, Honda, Skyline
Steel, Hewitt-Packard, Ann Taylor, Sears, Bristol Meyer Squibb, GBC,

and many more. Bob received his B.A.
in Communications from Indiana University, completed his Masters of
Arts program at Louisiana State University, and has a Masters in Human
Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School. |
